Return Policy


All unworn/unaltered merchandise can be exchanged or returned for an online store credit within 20 days from DATE of purchase. This does NOT apply in store. The website is on a separate system. The store policy remains the same.



*You may not return or exchange: FLASH SALE items, SALE items, or items with a coupon code discount of 30% off or more, and all accessories are FINAL SALE.


All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If you return items that you have tried on and they have make up on them, you WILL NOT be given an online credit and items will be sent back to you. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label.

All sales on FLASH SALE items are FINAL and not returnable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
